Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Colsoftware is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and grow its digital presence across key platforms. You will create and publish engaging content, monitor performance, and work closely with marketing and product teams to support launches and showcase projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and schedule daily content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan, produce, and edit video assets tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into brainstorming, copywriting, and video automation workflows.
• Craft concise, on‑brand captions and social copy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and nurture community growth.
• Track analytics, test new formats, and optimise strategies based on data.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing brand social channels or as a dedicated content creator.
• Strong eye for pacing, hooks, captions, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable using AI‑driven content generation tools.

Required skills

• Video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• AI tools for content creation: ChatGPT or similar.
