Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, curious, and organised Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute engaging content across key social platforms, helping the brand build a strong online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Create platform‑specific content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including posts, reels, stories and short‑form videos.
• Write compelling captions, copy and calls‑to‑action tailored to each audience.
• Research trends, hashtags and emerging formats to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and marketing teams to produce high‑quality assets.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor community interactions and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support campaigns, product launches, promotions and events through social media.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Excellent written communication with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative and marketing teams.
