Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech that enables frictionless payments for restaurants. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will join the SRE team to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable and highly available, while building automation that reduces operational toil.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions.
• Investigate production incidents using logs, metrics and distributed tracing.
• Develop automation and internal tools in Python or Go to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs, and drive proactive reliability improvements.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
• Contribute to AI‑powered operational tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability and resilience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, App Support or L2/L3 support within a high‑growth environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Passion for solving complex problems in payments, hospitality and customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Python or Go programming.
• Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog (or similar observability platforms).
• Jaeger, New Relic, Sentry, Graylog for tracing and log analysis.
• JIRA and ITSM incident/problem management processes.
• Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Linux.
• Git and CI/CD pipelines.
