About the role
Comfort Outlet is looking for a Showroom Sales & Operations Executive to join its Colombo 3 showroom. The role combines floor‑level sales and customer experience with support for store and office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in customers, guide them through the product range and close sales.
- Maintain showroom presentation, ensure stock visibility and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
- Perform day‑to‑day office and admin tasks such as inventory checks, team coordination and basic reporting.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for daily store operations.
Required profile
- Based in or near Colombo.
- Confident, well‑spoken and comfortable engaging customers directly.
- Organised and able to switch between sales floor and admin tasks.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, especially Excel and simple reporting.
