About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Assistant cum Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with customers, maintaining a welcoming environment, and handling transactions efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to provide helpful recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Support visual merchandising standards, stock displays, and inventory levels.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, customer‑first attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
