Showroom Manager – Chilaw

About the role

Abans PLC is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead its Chilaw showroom. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑moving consumer electronics and home‑appliance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar showroom or retail management role.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• A professional qualification in Sales and/or Marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home‑appliance industry is a plus.
