Service Desk Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused fresh graduates to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. In this role you will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional service experience while developing valuable communication and professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Assist users with password resets, access requests, and account‑related issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting defined SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for technology and customer support.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
