Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician)

About the role

Join the Engineering team at a luxury beachfront resort, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and safe environment through reliable air‑conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, split air conditioners, exhaust systems, cold rooms and related equipment operate efficiently and meet manufacturer specifications.
• Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests related to climate control.
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Support energy‑conservation initiatives by monitoring system performance and recommending improvements.
• Comply with safety regulations, engineering procedures and environmental standards when handling refrigerants and equipment.
• Assist with general engineering duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an A/C or HVAC Technician, preferably in a 5‑star hotel, resort or commercial facility.
• Technical qualification or certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
