Senior/Lead IFS Finance Consultant

About the role

We are hiring a Senior/Lead IFS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Finance modules in IFS Cloud. You will own the Finance workstream end‑to‑end from solution design and configuration through Go‑Live, hyper‑care and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and solution design.
• Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
• Drive data migration and financial reconciliation.
• Support integrations with banking, payroll and external systems.
• Lead System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Go‑Live cut‑over activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement after Go‑Live.
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead the Finance workstream.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP Finance consulting experience.
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience in data migration, reconciliation and Go‑Live support.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for assignments.
