Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

AI Labs, part of IronOne LLC, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead AI and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing robust project management practices, overseeing multiple project portfolios, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and support development team operations.
• Lead AI and technology projects from initiation through successful completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish and maintain project management processes, workflows, and best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand‑ups, and Sprint Reviews.
• Maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to ensure accurate task and deliverable visibility.
• Prepare timelines, milestones, project plans, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Mentor and support project managers and cross‑functional teams to promote collaboration and timely delivery.

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
