Senior Technical Project Manager – Agile Software Development

About the role

OXO Tech is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead agile software development initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timely delivery of features, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis for feature enhancements and product changes.
• Define milestones for minimally viable products and allocate time, materials, and scope accordingly.
• Lead iteration planning, create tasks, and refine estimates with the project team.
• Author and maintain detailed project plans for software, hardware, and integration projects.
• Conduct risk analysis and facilitate retrospectives or lessons‑learned sessions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements within program management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology or Management.
• Minimum 4 years of agile project management experience in a software development environment.
• Strong ability to foster positive, creative agile teams and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
