Senior Technical Lead - .Net + Angular JS + CMS

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to head its Sri‑Lanka development team. You will combine hands‑on coding with technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders in the UK and US to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Design and build responsive web applications using .NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React/Angular.
• Implement digital experiences on CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Umbraco and SharePoint.
• Champion Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Manage security‑related technical backlogs and ensure compliance with global security standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Lead Developer or Senior Developer role.
• Strong full‑stack web development background and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS solutions (Sitecore, Umbraco, SharePoint).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, security standards and coding best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in multicultural or offshore environments.
