Senior Tech Lead

About the role

As a Senior Tech Lead at Intervest, you will shape enterprise‑wide technology strategy, drive architectural excellence and lead high‑performing engineering teams across multiple products and platforms. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, product thinking and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide technical strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
• Design, govern and evolve scalable, secure, resilient architectures across frontend, backend, cloud and API services.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives, mentor senior engineers and nurture future technical leaders.
• Champion AI‑assisted development, automation tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and business value.
• Collaborate with product, business and executive stakeholders to align technology investments with organisational priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership of engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology solutions and influencing technical strategy at an organisational level.
• Strong product‑thinking mindset with ability to evaluate technology investments through strategic and commercial lenses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
