Senior Tech Lead

About the role

As a Senior Tech Lead at Intervest, you will shape enterprise‑wide technology strategy, drive architectural excellence and lead high‑performing engineering teams across multiple products and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute technical strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
• Design, govern and modernise scalable, secure, resilient architectures across frontend, backend and cloud services.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives, mentor senior engineers and champion AI‑assisted development practices.
• Collaborate with product, business and executive stakeholders to align technology investments with organisational priorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership of engineering teams (15+ engineers).
• Strong product‑thinking mindset and ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.

Required skills

• React.js and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Node.js or comparable backend technologies.
• Design and implementation of scalable distributed systems, APIs and cloud‑native applications.
• Experience with AI‑powered development tools and modern DevOps practices.
