Senior Student Enrollment Executive

About the role

The Senior Student Enrollment Executive will lead the full‑time, on‑site enrollment process at B Academy’s Mount Lavinia centre. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through consultations, admission procedures and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone and online inquiries from prospective students and families.
• Organise and conduct information sessions and outreach events.
• Track enrollment targets and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with teaching staff to match students with suitable programs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continuously improve enrollment processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with students and families.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions or customer‑service within an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Colombo District and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Relevant educational background in business, education, marketing or a related field.
• Commitment to learner‑centered values, ethical practices and equitable access to education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software such as email and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience using student information systems and other digital communication tools.
