Senior Software Engineer (Telecommunications)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our telecommunications team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software that supports critical business and technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise‑level software applications.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid‑level engineers and enforce coding standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across systems.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and technology selection.
• Improve existing applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in release planning, deployment, and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in designing and maintaining enterprise software.
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented programming, and APIs.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
