Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

TIQRI is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise ERP solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP configuration, integrations, and software development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Configure and extend Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Jobs/Projects.
• Develop Business Central customizations using AL / C/AL and supporting technologies.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData.NET/C#, Azure services, and related technologies.
• Support multi‑company configurations, consolidations, master‑data management, and cross‑entity processes.
• Contribute to solution design discussions, technical reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Support data flows, APIs, and integration requirements across Business Central and connected systems.
• Work with Power BI and Power Platform concepts to support reporting and business insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, data, and performance‑related issues.
• Follow established development standards, security practices, source‑control processes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, functional consultants, architects, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant software engineering / ERP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Exposure to at least one full‑cycle implementation or major Business Central rollout.
• Proven ability to independently develop, customize, and support Business Central solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project‑based operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong ownership and accountability for the quality of delivered solutions.
