Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (2 Openings)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our growing engineering division. The position offers exposure to enterprise‑grade application development, cloud‑native architecture, and modern engineering practices within a globally aligned environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end application development using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Design, develop, and optimise scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Work with cloud‑based microservices architectures in AWS/Azure environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and performance optimisation initiatives.
• Support real‑time integrations and scalable system design.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within a small team (2–3 members).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js, Java, React.js and MySQL.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to work US‑calendar timings (3 PM – 12 AM).
