Senior SEM / PPC Specialist (Digital Marketing)

About the role

Applova is seeking a senior performance marketer to own and operate the entire paid acquisition function. In this hands‑on role you will develop and execute paid media strategies that directly impact revenue, pipeline quality, and growth forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid acquisition strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Own campaign architecture, targeting, bidding, budgeting, and scaling across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion quality.
• Design and run structured experiments on keywords, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ensure end‑to‑end tracking across ad platforms, GA4, and CRM systems.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Web teams to improve lead quality and align messaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and social campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and pipeline through paid media.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and forecast performance.
