Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are expanding our Salesforce Practice and need senior developers to design, build and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for international clients. The role combines hands‑on development with consulting, requiring strong technical expertise and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and SOQL.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and project teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Configure objects, workflows, automation, security and business processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications, enterprise systems and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Participate in full‑cycle implementation projects, from analysis and design through testing, deployment and support.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging and performance optimisation following best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, solution designs and project artefacts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to reusable frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations.
• Strong client‑facing and consulting experience, preferably with international projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
