Senior Sales Specialist

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Specialist to join the team supporting Uber Sri Lanka’s Uber Eats platform. Based onsite in Colombo, you will drive restaurant partner acquisition and help expand the mobility and food‑delivery ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet growth targets.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant partners onto the Uber Eats platform.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing and ongoing relationship management.
• Track and manage a pipeline of multiple simultaneous opportunities.
• Exceed monthly revenue and activity targets.
• Share best practices with the team and mentor newer sales colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
