Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, motivated and results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Wattala. The role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying homeowners for insulation surveys and booking appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using company‑provided contact lists and engage homeowners about their insulation needs.
• Explain the free, no‑obligation property survey and qualify eligible homeowners according to set criteria.
• Schedule survey appointments based on customer location and availability.
• Record customer details, call outcomes and follow‑up actions in spreadsheets, dialler systems and CRM platforms.
• Submit daily activity and performance reports while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive telephone manner and ability to meet call and appointment targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with dialler systems.
