Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality Solutions

About the role

Pureloom, a premium linen provider for the hospitality sector, is expanding across Sri Lanka and seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals and other hospitality clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and promote Pureloom’s linen and fabric range.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and negotiations to meet sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and close sales successfully.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and exceptional service.
• Travel extensively across Sri Lanka to meet existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in any industry.
• Knowledge of linen fabrics, textile materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Established network and strong rapport within the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Sri Lanka.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
