Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who will embed quality into every stage of our software delivery pipeline. You will lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks and partner with globally distributed engineering teams to ensure reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Automate API testing with REST Assured and Postman.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute them in Docker containers.
• Validate releases and drive modern quality‑engineering practices across Agile teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and QA peers to troubleshoot defects and improve test coverage.
• Explore AI‑assisted testing tools to increase automation efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on automation testing experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with globally distributed teams.
