Senior QA Lead (Automation & Manual)

About the role

CodeLK is seeking a Senior QA Lead to own quality across its enterprise software projects. You will define test strategy, mentor QA engineers, and build reliable automation frameworks that run in CI/CD while ensuring thorough manual and user‑acceptance testing for complex, workflow‑heavy applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics across multiple projects.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable end‑to‑end automation frameworks using Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Write BDD test scenarios (Cucumber/Gherkin) in collaboration with business analysts and developers.
• Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins pipelines, enabling parallel execution, reporting, and failure analysis.
• Lead manual, exploratory, and regression testing for multi‑step approval workflows.
• Plan and coordinate UAT with client stakeholders and manage the defect lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Proven ability to stabilise and optimise large, unreliable automation suites.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
