Senior Project Manager – Product Delivery

About the role

Surge Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end product delivery for its Rooster platform. You will work closely with product, business analysis, and delivery teams to translate roadmap priorities into actionable project plans while ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product delivery from initiation to closure, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate contingency plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with Product and BA teams to turn roadmap priorities and client requirements into concrete project plans.
• Coordinate release and rollout planning across product lines and client segments.
• Represent delivery constraints in product roadmap discussions to keep commitments realistic.
• Lead project teams, serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project and product delivery.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and schedule tracking.
• Interest or experience in operational ownership, such as product profitability, post‑launch support, or sales coordination.
