Senior Project Manager

About the role

LOWCODEMINDS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for global clients. You will work in a #PeopleFirst environment that emphasizes growth, offering exposure to Gen AI, intelligent automation, and cutting‑edge enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead the software development team, fostering effective collaboration.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing status updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and organizational policies.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
