Senior Program Manager

About the role

The client seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead to own program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment and commercial management, guiding the transition from Discovery to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise delivery teams, confirm resource allocations and backup arrangements.
• Own the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, key decisions and executive reporting.
• Lead client governance forums and prepare Steering Committee materials.
• Manage scope, assumptions, change requests and associated commercial impacts.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, security, business analysis and partner workstreams.
• Track cross‑program dependencies, data blockers and critical delivery risks.
• Lead fortnightly financial tracking, earned value analysis and forecast reporting.
• Review and sign‑off sprint review artefacts and post‑go‑live stabilisation reports.
• Ensure Discovery activities produce clear, build‑ready outputs and oversee handover, knowledge transfer and program closure.

Required profile

• 12+ years of program or project leadership experience in enterprise technology or data transformation.
• Proven delivery of at least one complex, multi‑region data transformation program in the last 5 years.
• Strong experience leading multi‑workstream, multi‑stakeholder programmes and managing RAID, dependencies and commercial aspects.
• Excellent written communication, reporting and governance skills.
