Senior Product Marketing Executive (FMCG Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Executive to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and successful launches for our client in the IT sector. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and a strong background in FMCG marketing to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute product marketing strategies and product launches from planning through market execution.
• Develop marketing initiatives to drive product awareness, customer engagement and adoption.
• Conduct consumer, market and competitor research and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Support new product development (NPD) and go‑to‑market activities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations and other business functions.
• Develop and execute brand and product communication campaigns across relevant channels.
• Monitor product and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Brand Management or a closely related function, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong exposure to product launches, NPD, consumer insights, market research and campaign execution.
• Good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional or academic qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
