Senior Product Manager

About the role

Cut+Dry is a B2B software platform that digitises ordering between food distributors and restaurants. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core product line, driving the tools distributors and operators use daily and the integrations that connect them to existing procurement and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap and delivery process, from discovery to shipped software.
• Translate distributor, operator and internal input into clear, engineering‑ready specifications.
• Lead complex multi‑party integration projects with external procurement, catalog and ERP platforms.
• Serve as primary escalation point for high‑value accounts and integration partners, bridging technical and business perspectives.
• Define one or two product‑area metrics, establish reporting rhythms, and run structured experiments with hypotheses and success thresholds.
• Make quarterly decisions on roadmap allocation between reactive requests and self‑initiated bets, defending the balance with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS products in a B2B environment.
• Strong autonomy and ability to own a live product line from concept to launch.
• Comfort working under production pressure with enterprise customers and integration partners.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable selecting metrics, designing experiments, and making go/no‑go decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including saying “no” when requests don’t align with product goals.
