Senior Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

The Senior Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance‑marketing campaigns across search, social and display channels while also driving organic growth through robust SEO strategies. Working in a hybrid setting, the role combines data‑driven analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to maximise customer acquisition and revenue for PlayZense’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other display networks.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical audits.
• Analyse campaign performance data, run A/B tests and produce regular performance reports.
• Monitor organic traffic and rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO platforms.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase ROI, conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and data‑analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and identify trends.
• Proven experience in performance marketing (PPC, paid social, display) and SEO within an agency or multi‑brand environment.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced, hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with regional and global markets is an advantage.
