Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own media performance across paid social and search, ensuring strict budget governance, creative testing discipline, and conversion‑focused optimisation. The role operates in a hybrid setting from Colombo, collaborating with regional media teams to drive stable ROAS and lower CAC while scaling proven funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise campaign structures on Meta, Google and other paid channels.
• Design and execute testing matrices for audiences, hooks, offers and creative formats.
• Manage budget pacing, kill‑loss rules, scaling thresholds and weekly reallocation decisions.
• Coordinate with analytics to ensure conversion event integrity, attribution accuracy and consistent reporting.
• Present weekly and monthly performance insights with clear action plans to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media budgets in agency or growth teams.
• Hands‑on expertise in campaign architecture, attribution troubleshooting and landing‑page optimisation.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CVR, CTR and frequency control.
• Proven ability to run structured creative experiments and communicate learnings.
• Comfortable with spreadsheet modelling and performance dashboards.
