Senior Operations Executive – Luxury Villa Management

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing luxury hospitality and villa management company, is looking for a highly organized, service‑driven Senior Operations Executive to lead end‑to‑end villa operations across a portfolio of premium properties in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations ensuring premium standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.
• Manage the complete guest journey, from pre‑arrival planning through in‑stay service to post‑departure follow‑up.
• Serve as primary contact for guests and property owners, handling communication, requests, complaints and escalations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security and other operational teams for smooth daily execution.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, support continuous process improvement and assist with budget and cost control.
• Maintain operational records and reports using property management systems and digital tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, villa or hospitality operations.
• Experience in team coordination or supervisory roles (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
