About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Operations Associate to join our finance team in Sri Lanka. In this role you will support core accounting functions, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare standard, accrual, pre‑payment and recharge journal entries.
- Execute inter‑company and balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve any differences.
- Maintain the fixed‑asset register, posting depreciation and amortisation entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash‑management activities.
- Monitor service quality and maintain effective relationships with on‑shore peers.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements and support implementation of approved changes.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of general‑ledger accounting experience in a reputable organization.
- Part‑qualified CIMA or ICA candidate.
