Senior Marketing Executive (Tourism)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies for our tourism business. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, generating business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with agents, partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting tourism products, destinations, packages and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tourism partners and other business partners.
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities in local and international markets.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, travel trends and customer preferences.
• Support B2B and B2C marketing activities to increase enquiries, bookings and revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Contracting and Operations teams to promote available products and offers.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, email marketing and other promotional activities.
• Create marketing content such as brochures, presentations, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Support trade fairs, travel exhibitions, roadshows and networking events.
• Develop partnerships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, travel agencies, influencers and other tourism‑related businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports and track leads, conversions and revenue.
• Maintain the marketing database and coordinate with external agencies, designers and photographers as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in tourism, travel or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of tourism products, destinations and travel market trends.
• Experience in B2B marketing and partner relationship management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and market research abilities with creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while working effectively in a team.
