Senior Marketing Executive - Loyalty Management

About the role

Abans PLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead its Loyalty Management function. The role focuses on driving member onboarding, engagement, and retention through data‑driven campaigns and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day loyalty program activities, including member onboarding, support, and engagement.
• Plan and execute loyalty campaigns, promotions, events, and personalized communications in partnership with Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights, create targeted initiatives, and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of loyalty initiatives.
• Support new loyalty features, partnerships, and referral programs while monitoring competitors and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.
• Additional qualifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social platforms, CRM platforms, campaign tools, and data‑analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with digital communication tools such as email marketing, SMS, and push notifications is preferred.
