Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will design and execute marketing strategies that promote tourism products, destinations, travel packages and related services. The role aims to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive bookings and increase revenue while strengthening partnerships with travel agents and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Promote tour packages, destinations, hotels and travel services across digital channels.
• Manage social media, website, email marketing and online advertising initiatives.
• Create and coordinate marketing content such as posts, brochures, photos, videos and promotions.
• Generate new customer enquiries, work with Sales and Reservations to convert leads into bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, hotels, tour operators and other tourism partners.
• Identify new markets, monitor competitors, tourism trends and customer preferences.
• Organise and participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, photographers and other suppliers.
• Monitor marketing expenses, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in tourism, travel, hospitality or related industries.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media campaign management and lead generation.
• Experience working with travel agents, hotels, tour operators or tourism‑related businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with event coordination, trade shows and promotional campaigns.
