About the role

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for a prominent FMCG company based in Colombo. The role involves driving brand growth through effective marketing execution, consumer insights, digital initiatives, trade engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive brand growth through the effective planning and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Leverage market insights and consumer understanding to support strategic decision‑making and strengthen brand positioning.
• Develop and strengthen brand presence through effective trade engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand reach, consumer engagement, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the consistent and timely execution of marketing plans and objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and utilize relevant insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Contribute to achieving overall brand and business objectives through impactful marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and marketing execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Consumer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand market trends and consumer needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders.
