Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

CodeGen is seeking a proactive, creative, and results‑driven Senior Marketing Executive to own and elevate its digital advertising, social media, and brand‑building initiatives. You will work closely with sales, design, and management teams to turn marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta platforms, defining objectives, audiences, budgets, creatives and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, CPL and ROAS, and continuously improve campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing and retargeting.
• Manage CodeGen’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, create and publish engaging posts, videos, reels and promotional material.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Write marketing copy for ads, social posts, websites, brochures, email campaigns and other collateral.
• Coordinate creation of graphics, videos, photography and customer success stories with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support product launches, events, partnership campaigns and the production of printed marketing assets.
• Prepare regular performance reports, manage marketing budgets and handle supplier coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading digital advertising and social media programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
