Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

GIVA, a fast‑growing silver jewellery brand in Sri Lanka, is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to lead its overall marketing and branding efforts. The role combines digital and on‑ground marketing to boost brand visibility, footfall, and growth across all retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for GIVA Sri Lanka.
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across digital and offline platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and customer experience across all stores and channels.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for new store launches and expansion projects.
• Drive mall visibility, footfall campaigns, local activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate branding and promotional activities for all retail locations.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, gifting campaigns, and promotional events.
• Develop brand collaborations, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and PR opportunities.
• Identify creative opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or retail marketing.
• Prior experience with retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, jewellery, or FMCG brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer behavior.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, agencies, creatives, and marketing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and a growth mindset.
