Senior Manager – Technology Delivery & Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager – Technology Delivery & Transformation will lead strategic enterprise initiatives across multiple business and technology functions. Reporting to executive leadership, you will oversee complex programmes, establish delivery governance and drive Agile and hybrid delivery practices to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise delivery portfolios and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead governance, reporting and executive communication for all programmes.
• Manage risks, dependencies and cross‑functional coordination.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams.
• Build delivery capability and mentor Project Managers.
• Improve delivery maturity and operational excellence.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and present updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in IT delivery or program management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology programmes.
• FinTech, banking or digital payments background preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management up to executive level.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive organisational change.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Scrum framework.
• PMP certification.
