Senior Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

Associated Motorways (AMW) is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Key Accounts to lead multibrand sales operations across Renault, Nissan and Suzuki. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and relationship management to drive growth and customer satisfaction among fleet and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and meet company objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, handling recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Set, monitor and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and after‑sales teams to drive promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Promote AMW’s product portfolio to fleet and corporate customers, building strong relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across brands and negotiate contracts, pricing and terms.
• Coordinate product and service delivery, ensuring timely implementation and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Finance or equivalent; MBA or SLIM qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in automotive sales and key account management, preferably with Renault or similar brands.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
