Senior Manager - Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Manager – Human Resources will lead the Key Account Group’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and Group HR plans. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle and the administration of ancillary services such as security, transport, cafeteria, facilities, and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR roadmap for executives, staff and associates within the Key Account Group, aligned with business goals and long‑range HR priorities.
• Ensure smooth operation of all HR initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, development, performance, compensation, mobility and employee exit processes.
• Drive administration deliverables such as budget management, SOP adherence, and vendor management across the group.
• Oversee the performance management system (PRAISE, TACT), handling promotions, increments and performance reviews.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, meeting timelines and delivering measurable results.
• Provide internal client‑facing support with flexible communication tailored to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years leading an HR team.
• Proven experience leading transformational initiatives and complex cross‑functional projects.
• Strong internal client‑facing skills with a flexible communication style.
• Ability to create a vision for the HR function and influence senior stakeholders.
