Senior Manager – Dealer Network Management (After Sales)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Dealer Network Management (Passenger Vehicle | After Sales) will oversee the development, performance and compliance of the company’s after‑sales network, aligning it with strategic objectives and reporting to the Director – After Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define network strategy for after‑sales based on area potential and total industry volume.
• Identify area potential, capacity planning and resource mapping for regional workshops, body shops and Pitstops.
• Search prime locations for own workshop network and potential franchise dealers (Pitstop).
• Prepare business feasibility proposals, execute projects and commission new sites.
• Map resources and acquire CAPEX, OPEX and HR, manage performance, ROI and YoY growth.
• Maintain branding standards, product training and compliance across the network.
• Organise regional engagement events, service camps and recognition programmes in coordination with sales and spare‑parts teams.
• Design and implement rewards and recognition programmes to promote a performance‑based culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automobile after‑sales, including at least 5 years in senior leadership of network management.
• Strong understanding of workshop capacity planning, SOPs and service KPIs.
• Basic finance and project appraisal knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and a native language.
• Proven networking with insurers, government accounts and regulatory bodies.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven performance analysis experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP preferred).
