Senior Manager – After Sales (Refrigeration)

About the role

The Senior Manager – After Sales (Refrigeration) will lead the planning, placement and service of cooling equipment across the market, ensuring high quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position reports to senior leadership and works closely with sales, supply chain and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the deployment of coolers and related assets while maintaining compliance with company quality standards.
• Track, control and optimise the company’s asset base through systematic field monitoring and data management.
• Oversee after‑sales service operations to minimise equipment downtime and improve customer experience.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes and process improvements to reduce lead times and increase reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer service delivery, adhering to corporate policies.
• Achieve departmental KPIs and targets defined in the Annual Operating Plan.
• Enhance productivity across systems and processes while managing costs effectively.
• Prepare annual and quarterly spare‑parts forecasts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of managers, executives and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain and Finance for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical with at least 5 years experience, or Engineering Diploma with 8 years experience.
• Background in customer service, vendor management or market equipment management, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration or consumer durable sectors.
• Strong communication skills and physical fitness for market visits.
• Age between 40 and 45 years.
