Senior Key Account Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead strategic account management for our supply chain and logistics portfolio, driving revenue and growth across enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key supply chain and logistics accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level and senior operational stakeholders.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for complex solutions including contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements, pricing structures and multi‑year contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, solutions design, finance and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales or business development within supply chain, logistics, freight, warehousing or 3PL/4PL environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts and negotiating multi‑year contracts.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics solutions and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; willingness to travel as required.
