Senior Implementation Consultant - Night Shift

About the role

OrangeHRM is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to work night shifts, helping global clients configure and integrate time‑and‑attendance and payroll solutions. The role combines technical configuration, client training, and end‑to‑end testing to ensure seamless SaaS deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure time & attendance rules, including shifts, overtime calculations, night differentials, breaks, grace periods, leave deductions and holiday pay.
• Implement multi‑channel clocking solutions such as biometric devices (CAMS), mobile/web apps, and manual overrides with validation workflows.
• Build payroll integrations (CSV/XML/SFTP/API) with field mappings for platforms like BizPay, ADP and SAP, and generate reconciliation reports.
• Design and test complete workflows from punch data through supervisor approval to payroll handoff, handling exception scenarios and multi‑vendor validation.
• Create attendance analytics dashboards covering absenteeism, overtime patterns and compliance reporting.
• Deliver training to employees, supervisors, payroll and HR teams and document all processes, integration specs and troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on WFM/HRIS implementation experience with systems such as UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR or OrangeHRM.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, business process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Experience integrating biometric devices (CAMS, ZKTeco, Hikvision) and handling duplicate resolution.
• Strong background in multi‑payroll integrations and custom export formats.
