Senior Implementation Consultant

About the role

OrangeHRM is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to help clients deploy its SaaS HR and workforce management solutions. The role involves configuring time‑and‑attendance, integrating payroll feeds, and guiding customers through end‑to‑end implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure time & attendance rules, including shifts, overtime calculations, breaks, grace periods, leave deductions and holiday pay.
• Implement multi‑channel clocking solutions such as biometric devices (CAMS) and mobile/web apps, with validation workflows.
• Build payroll integrations using CSV, XML, SFTP or API exports, mapping fields for BizPay, ADP and SAP.
• Design complete workflow pipelines from punch data validation to supervisor approval and payroll hand‑off, including reconciliation reports.
• Test end‑to‑end data syncs, exception scenarios and cut‑off processes across multiple vendors.
• Create attendance analytics dashboards covering absenteeism, overtime patterns and compliance.
• Train employees, supervisors, payroll and HR teams on system usage and best practices.
• Document process flows, integration specifications, troubleshooting guides and training materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on WFM/HRIS implementation experience (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, OrangeHRM).
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, business process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Experience with biometric device integration and multi‑payroll data feeds.
• Strong technical aptitude for API/file integrations and data validation using Excel/Power Query.
