Senior IAM/PAM Consultant – CyberArk

About the role

EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a senior consultant to join its Cyber Security IAM team. You will work on Identity and Access Management projects worldwide, focusing on privileged access management, secret management and cloud‑native authentication.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in IAM and PAM projects, contributing to practice development and delivering high‑quality work.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor junior staff, and review their deliverables.
• Prepare client reports, schedules and documentation, ensuring alignment with EY quality standards.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal EY services.
• Support performance reviews, recruiting, and people‑related initiatives within the IAM practice.
• Lead workshops to analyse existing service models, DevOps procedures and security requirements.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent technical degree with strong English communication skills.
• 5‑7 years of experience implementing PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Hashicorp Vault.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, CISSP, CISA) are desirable.
• Hands‑on experience setting up IAM environments in both standalone and clustered configurations.
