About the role
Careers @ GamageGamage Recruiters (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR to join a leading manufacturing organization in Nattandiya. In this role you will own key HR functions within a manufacturing environment, supporting the workforce and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of core HR functions in a manufacturing setting.
- Support the workforce to maintain smooth business operations.
- Ensure HR processes align with the organization’s operational goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience (5+ years preferred), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Human Resources or HR Management, or a CIPM qualification or diploma (preferred).
- Residence in or around Nattandiya, Marawila, Kuliyapitiya, or nearby areas.
- Willingness to work full‑time, on‑site in Nattandiya.
